Prestige Falcon is a Dubai-based project management and development advisory firm working with developers, investors, contractors, property owners and project-driven businesses across the UAE.

We work on the owner's side of a project. Our role is to create structure between the parties delivering it — consultants, contractors and suppliers — and to give the people funding it a truthful, decision-focused view of where it stands.
That work is management and advisory. We do not provide regulated engineering or architectural design, and we do not carry out construction. We manage, monitor, advise and report, which keeps our position independent of the parties whose performance we are measuring.
