What management receives each period

Executive summary
The position in a page: what changed, what is at risk, what needs a decision.
Programme status
Progress against baseline, critical path movement and forecast completion.
Cost status
Budget, commitments, variations and forecast at completion with the trend.
Procurement status
Package status, long-lead items and award progress against the programme.
Risk register extract
The risks that moved, the ones that were closed, and the ones needing escalation.
Decisions required
Open decisions with owners and dates, ranked by impact on the critical path.
Actions and follow-up
Every open action, its owner and its age — carried forward until closed.
Look-ahead
What is due in the next period and what has to be in place for it to happen.
