Engagement models
Six ways to work with us
Engagements are scoped to the decision a client is facing. Some projects need a full management mandate; others need a study, a second opinion, or a monthly rhythm of independent reporting.
How clients appoint us
Each model is scoped and priced in writing before it starts. Where a project needs two of them, they run under one reporting structure.
Full Project Management Assignment
We hold the project management mandate for the duration — programme, coordination, procurement monitoring, cost, risk and reporting.
- Best for
- A live project needing a single accountable management layer.
- Typical shape
- Appointment through to handover and close-out
Monthly Advisory Retainer
A fixed monthly commitment: independent progress review, reporting pack, risk review and a management session.
- Best for
- Owners with an in-house team who need independent oversight.
- Typical shape
- Rolling monthly, reviewed quarterly
Feasibility Study
A defined-scope commercial and financial study, delivered to a fixed programme and ending in a recommendation.
- Best for
- A site or opportunity being evaluated before capital is committed.
- Typical shape
- Fixed scope, fixed fee, weeks not months
Investor & Lender Advisory
Independent review of assumptions, financial model, programme and delivery risk, with periodic monitoring reporting.
- Best for
- Capital committed to a project someone else is delivering.
- Typical shape
- Initial review plus periodic monitoring
Cost & Risk Control Mandate
A focused mandate covering budget, commitments, variations, forecast at completion and the live risk register.
- Best for
- A project where delivery is managed but commercial control is thin.
- Typical shape
- Duration of the construction period
Management Consultancy Programme
A structured programme to build project controls, procurement processes, KPIs and reporting inside the client's own business.
- Best for
- A contractor or developer whose systems have not kept pace with growth.
- Typical shape
- Defined programme with agreed milestones
Tell us the decision, not the deliverable
Most clients arrive with a problem rather than a model in mind. Describe the project, the stage and what you need to decide, and we will propose the engagement that fits — including telling you if it is smaller than you expected.
Let's discuss your project
Better information. Better decisions. Better projects.
Whether you are evaluating a new development, managing an ongoing project or looking for greater visibility over project performance, Prestige Falcon can help.
